your master’s degree and need to leave your current part-time job to search for full-time
employment.

Dear Sir,
I am hereby
tendering my resignation from the part-time position of logistics manager, as
per the terms and conditions of my employment, my notice period will
cease in two week: 15 June. I have finished my MBA and retail trade and wish to
pursue a career in that field, our organization being a logistics specialists
will not serve my career objective. However, working under your leadership was
an outstanding experience.
I have always harbored
and cherished a dream of being engaged in fashion retail and for that I did
struggle a lot, and during that time getting an assignment with you was a
boon for me since I learnt a lot about professional ethics and also managing
myself in a work environment. I wonder how I will fill the void of your dynamic
leadership, but nonetheless, I do not want to stifle my dream of being an
accomplished retail specialist.
I, thus, request you to
kindly relieve me from my responsibilities on 15 June.
