Dear Sir,
I am writing this in reference to termination
of my association with the organization as Administration Executive. My
employment terms and conditions mandates a two months notice, and hence my last of day of
work would be 15th of May 2018.
This has definitely been a hard decision, but I have little options
left, due to personal reasons, as my family is forcing me shift back to my home
town since my parents are finding it hard to manage their property and other
affairs. I have, thus applied for a job in my home town as an Estate manager.
It was a great experience working with you
and this organization, and I will always cherish the memories, as I got
abundant opportunities to learn a lot in such a wonderful working environment.
I thank you for all the support and guidance
that I got during my assignment here, would request to kindly relieve me of my
duties and obligations on the last working day.
