Ielts General Training Letters Semi Formal - Complaint to Owner of Fitness Center

You purchased a 2-year membership to a fitness center next to your neighborhood based on an advertisement. You discovered that the services described on the advertisement are not found in the center. You tried to talk to the manager, but he did nothing to help.

Write an email to the owner of the fitness center. Your letter should do the following things:

Describe the services that are only in the advertisement and not in the center.
Complain about the way the manager dealt with the situationac.
Describe what should be done to resolve this problem.

Ielts GT Letters Semi Formal
Dear Mr. Bernard,

I feel cheated by the way your club has lured me into buying a two-year membership through an advertisement that promised training under a certified coach, which actually is non-existent. To add insult to the injury, the manager at this facility has said that he can hardly do anything, and it was only you who could resolve this issue.

Your advertisements promised  cardio work-outs under the supervision of a trained coach, so without giving a second thought, I subscribed. However, when I joined on the first day, there was no one to guide me. On contacting the manager, I realized that there had never been a physical instructor.

The apathetical attitude of manager annoyed me, and on insistence he finally yielded that he did not have any knowledge of such an ad campaign. It is quite distressing to see my money go down the drain.

Hence, it would be quite convenient if you either appointed a coach as promised, or refunded  my money.

Anticipating a quick response.

Thanking you
Yours Sincerely

Heindrich Himmler.
