Sir,
I am writing to express my displeasure over the raise in the
insurance premium that I must pay every month to enjoy insurance coverage for
my car. It is indeed shocking for a regular customer who has always opted for
your company.
I have been maintaining relations with your company since
last eight years, for the three cars I
have possessed in these years. If you refer to your records, you would realize
the fact that during this period, I have never been a claimant, on account of
being a careful and responsible driver. This aspect, in my view really deserves
to be duly appreciated, and the raise in premium is the last thing that a
regular client with no claims record, would expect.
I have been approached by various companies for transferring
my insurance to their company; however, I would still be interested in
continuing with your organization provided you can give a satisfactory reason
for the hike.
I hope you would resolve and respond at the earliest.
