Dear sir,
I am Ravi Kulbhushan Sharma,
resident of Bronx Park and I am writing
this letter to bring to your notice some facts about the damaged road in front
of my house which is causing extreme inconvenience to me and other residents in
this area.
The metalled road connecting our
area to the main road was dug by the telephone department two months ago.
Although the work was completed within a week of excavation, since then this
trench has not been repaired properly. The department contractor just filled
the trench with mud and rubble and shifted extra material. Now, the surface
near the ditch has caved in due to recent showers. The RWA contacted the
requisite authority but the officials told that the repair and maintenance of
roads is the responsibility of municipal body of the area.
Hence, I have no other option
but to approach you and request you to kindly look into this matter personally
and arrange for necessary repairs.
