Dear Sir,

I am writing to request you to kindly look into a pressing problem, that is not only affecting efficiency of organization but also the business: the lack of parking space in our office premises.

Of late everybody has been finding it hard to cope with the lack of  appropriate parking slots in the allocated space leased by our company. This issue has recently surfaced due to closure of authorized municipal parking area for renovation, which is bound to take not less than a year.  

This has forced workers to look for alternative arrangements, but the nearest parking available is a mile away from our premises, which is making it hard for workers: they must walk two miles every day. Even our clients have been complaining about finding it hard approach us, which is affecting our business.

There is some extra space available for parking in our building, and everybody feels that we could actually have that place.
