Dear Mr. Whitalker,
I request you get some
necessary repairs affected in the apartment I have rented from you. There was a damage to
the apartment in the squall last week. I have been trying to get through to you
on phone, but was not able to connect.
There was a storm of cyclonic intensity, last
week, that started with strong winds, and was followed by the rains. The ferocity
of winds was strong enough to damage the window shed on the bedroom's main
window, as it was hinged to the walls with help of mere four anchor bolts.
After the shed
gave away, the water started pouring in into the bedroom; thereby damaging the
furniture in that room. Now, since it has rained twice and it is becoming a menace.
I request you to get this repaired at the earliest,
preferably within this week, and help me salvage my furniture.
I hope you would get the necessary repair affected at the
earliest.
