Dear Sir,
I am writing to bring to your notice about an error that I have noticed in a recently published article in the popular fortnightly magazine India Today, about our company- they understated the number of offices and staff strength of our organization. I request you to take up this matter with the editors so they make desired changes.
Although most of the content that mentioned our areas of business, turn over and product range was quite accurate and well illustrated, when it came to describing the employee strength and the number of offices we have, the figures were quite misleading. The writer failed to mention the exact figures the management had shared with him. He has written that our establishment has just six branches instead of ten we actually have, and also the number of personnel mentioned is 270, while our current strength is 320.
I hope you would look into this matter, and discuss it with the editor so that they can make amendments and reprint the article.
