Dear Sir,


The rising complaints, over the last few days, about the reception and the waiting area has made it necessary for us to take some preemptive steps to avoid embarrassment that we have to often face in the front of visitors. Thus,  I must request you to look into this matter urgently and take corrective steps.  

 

Due to the presence of only one receptionist, people have to wait for long hours and the waiting lounge is not adequate enough to accommodate them. On the top of that, there is no entertainment facility available in the area. Moreover, people are also dissatisfied with the area owing to the intermittent condition of air conditioner.

 

I would like to suggest some proposals to these complaints. Hiring an additional receptionist would help in rendering the proper management of the crowd and installation of television would save people from boredom. The situation of the air conditioner could be improved by reserving a slot for servicing.

 

I hope that you would suggest fast remedies for this.
