The rising problems, over the last few days, about the parking area for cars has made it necessary for us to take preemptive steps to alleviate the concerns of the employees. Thus, I would request you to kindly consider the matter on an urgent basis. 

Due to the unavailability of on-premises parking space, the staff has started using public transport owing to which they end up arriving late to work, and often get exhausted too, which affects their efficiency. Moreover, a slew of people have started taking leaves without justifying the rationale behind them.

Incorporation of parking area would help the workers to reach the premises on time, which will escalate their productivity, thereby generating colossal revenues. Furthermore, this inclusion would aid in retaining the workers for longer periods. I would like to suggest a solution to this problem. Hiring the space available behind the premises could resolve these issues for the time.
