It was a wonderful experience of attending a birthday party of my kin on 7th October. I thank you for hosting us in such a pleasant way. It is really commendable the way the staff, especially Mr. John Ralph,  managed a slew of old people with such ease.

 

I appreciate the services rendered to the invitees at the hotel, particularly to the elderly. The food was served by taking care of the dietary restriction of every individual, and the selection of a wide array of fun games which required no physical exertion. Moreover, some facilities were quite impressive such as the wheelchair aid, as well as medical assistance, available for emergencies.

 

I like to compliment Mr John Ralph for conducive and amicable behaviour. I would be grateful if you could revere him with some recognition for his efforts, such as by considering his name for employee of the month award.
