Dear Sir,

The rising problems, over the last few days, about the parking area, has made it necessary for us to take some preemptive steps to alleviate the concerns of the employees due to the ongoing construction for refurbishing the parking space. Thus, I would request you to kindly consider the matter on an urgent basis. 

Some employees have started using public transport due to the unavailability of parking on our premises. Due to which, workers end up arriving late at the office, thereby affecting their productivity, while others have to park their vehicles in the multi-level parking available 1 km away from the workplace. Moreover, people have started taking leaves without justifying the rationale behind them.

I would like to suggest some solutions to this problem. Hiring the space available behind the premises for the time could resolve this issue. By rendering a shuttle service for the workers could mitigate the problem. 

I hope that you will take a compassionate consideration to this problem and solution.
