Dear Sir,

I, Adrian Keith, resident of our colony, am writing to seek your permission for the seminar since my company is planning to organise next week to impart knowledge on recycling which would aid in addressing the pressing global issue of wastage, for which I need your help.

This event would be of great afford for the residents of our society since it would not only render the significant knowhow of incorporating this idea into their daily regime, to promote sustainability but also make them realise their moral responsibility towards improving their surroundings. Moreover, this would enlighten the residents about the equipment required to carry out the procedure with the help of a plethora of manifestations/demonstrations.

I would be really grateful if you could allot the community hall for this purpose and apprise the inhabitants so that they could turn up in great numbers. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could provide us with wireless microphones as well as a projector.
