I am quite upset at the kind of service rendered by your so-called elite restaurant, to me and my family, when I visited with my family last Thursday. It could not be more dismaying than what we had to face.

Despite booking a table for Thursday evening well in advance for 7 P.M.,  when we arrived, we were nade asked to wait, and it took them 25 minutes to arrange the table for us.  However, our woes did not end there since the food served to us was absolutely pathetic, both in quality and taste. And, to make the matters worse, your staff was at its best rude behavior. They served food, what seemed to be right out of cold storage, after 35 minutes of being ordered, and they would not also listen to our complaints.

My family was in a state of a shock that the place they had revered for so long as being the best in the town was at its worst best. On the top of that, I was virtually forced to pay a hefty tip.

I hope you will appreciate my anguish, and take a stern action, as well as refund my bill.

I am writing to request you to reconsider your decision of closing down, in a dilapidated condition, park at Banjara Hill. It is felt by every resident in this area that, the council should revitalize this ground so that it can be used by the inhabitants of this area.

This ground has fallen into disuse due to various reasons: the boundary wall has collapsed, which allows stray animals to foray into this area. Besides this, this place, due to absence of appropriate security measures, is now frequented by drug-addicts and anti-social elements, which prevents people from sending their children to this park.

It is felt that this ground should be restored by repairing the boundary wall, and deploying proper security measures. If this could be done, children would have a wonderful place to play and relax. After all, it is necessary to provide young ones with some areas that can help them de-stress after taxing academic routines.

It has been a pathetic experience dealing with your e portal company. I am wondering, how do you manage your clients when the services of your organization are so disappointing. It was a great shock to receive a letter from your bank stating that there was an overdraft of $240 in my account, and I would have to pay $70. I feel, there has been some communication gap, as this discrepancy is surely a case of gross negligence on account of your employees.

When I checked the statement of my account, I realized that the bank had transferred $240 to my insurance premium even though I had issued standing instructions about not transferring premium to the insurance company, as I had discontinued the policy.

However, I realize that your staff chose to ignore my instructions and issue a transfer off amount. This has caused me immense stress and inconvenience: I have been levied not only an extra charge on the over drawing but also the transaction fee. This is quite unwarranted, and I think the bank should take a stern action against such erring people.
