You recently bought an electronic device from an online store, but when it arrived, it was damaged.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I must express my dissatisfaction regarding the JBL Bluetooth speaker I purchased from your online store last week. I received the product on October 10th, 2025, and  it has been lying unused since then, and consistent pursuit with your customer care has been of little use, so I request your intervention.

After opening the package, I realized that the speaker had a cracked surface and did not switch on even after charging. I followed all the instructions provided,but it still failed to function properly. This issue has caused great inconvenience as I had planned to use the speaker at a small family gathering this weekend.

I would appreciate it if you could replace the damaged item with a new one by tomorrow morning, or issue me a full refund. I have attached pictures of the damaged product for your reference.

I look forward to your prompt response and a quick resolution to this issue, and believe it will not need further escalation.
