Dear Mr. Drinkwater,
First of all, I will like you to compliment
you for the excellent services rendered by the staff of your hotel, especially
Mr. Mohit Saini, banquet manager, who supervised the party hosted on 27th of
March 2018, in the honor of my grandfather, Mr. Baron, who turned 90 that day.
Everyone, although was quite apprehensive about
how the things would be managed, where the guests also included some aged above
75 and needed some attendants to help, sitting and selecting food from the
buffet, it was quite a relief to see Mr. Saini efficiently perform all the
required tasks by arranging attendants to help elderly guests reach the party
hall; choosing appropriate seating and food; and reaching back to their cars
after the party was over.
On the top of that, the food we were was not
just a healthy selection but also was scrumptious and finger licking. On an
overall, everything just sailed through smoothly.
