You have an extra room in your apartment and would like to rent it out to a student. Write a letter to the university council officer and say:

Dear Sir,

I am Joachim Drinkwater, staying on the University road, and I am writing this letter to you about a vacant, well furnished room in my house, at my home that I would like to rent out to a student at the university.

My house is located on the main road and at a walking distance from the Varsity, and has 2 floors and a terrace with an independent room set on the third floor. This room set is a new addition to premises, thus the construction is all new. It has its own kitchen and attached washroom. Besides this anyone renting out this room would have an independent access through the main stairs.

I would love to rent out this set to mature students, doing post graduation or a higher course, who are also doing some part time jobs, so that I do not have face problems in getting monthly lease on time.

I hope that you would list my property as a probable to-let premises for students.

Dear Sir,

I am Zach Chandellor, a resident of the West Avenue since last 10 years. I request you to grant permission to allow my company, Green Cult, to organize a green camp that would involve planting 300 saplings of native breed of trees in our area.

Our organization carries an experience of successfully converting numerous barren patches of urban land into green buffers. Although it does this work for money, this endeavor is to fulfill social responsibility.

For this program, the company would only require some volunteers from our area to oversee the job of sapling plantation. If volunteers want, they could also plant a sapling and give it a name too.

The onus of looking after the trees there after would lie on the management of the organization.

I feel that if we allow this program to take place, it would not only make our area green but also reintroduce native flora.

I hope to receive permission for the program at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

I am Zach Chandellor, and I am to you to help me locate a suitable part time employment, preferably for weekends.

I am a graduate in Customer Relation Management, and am currently working at the Newark international airport, New York, in rotational shifts, from Monday to Thursday. This leaves me with a three-day off, of which, I feel, I can make a better use of.

I have been working on this location since last 3 years. I enjoy meeting people and resolving their grievances. In my three year stint with the current organization, I have honed my skills in customer complaint management effectively, for which I have also received appreciations letter from my employer.

I would appreciate it, if you could help me find a job at a restaurant that receives a lot of visitors on the weekends. The restaurant should be preferably located in the Manhattan neighborhood.

I am attaching my resume and contact details with this letter.
