-   Why you think the insurance should not be increased

-   What you want them to do

 

 

Dear Sir,

 

I regret to say that I am highly disappointed with the decision of a hike in the monthly instalments of car insurance. Being a premium member, I was expecting some additional discounts or offers rather than being penalized for subscribing to your services.

 

I am not satisfied with the services rendered by the company since the insurance package does not offer full coverage for the damages in case of any mishap. Moreover, the offline procedure poses numerous difficulties, such as visiting the site for inspection by taking out time from the hectic schedules, which is quite inconvenient. 

 

Nowadays, a plethora of alternatives are available online who are serving their clientele favourably at home with a wide array of services within an economical price range. I will be left with no option but to switch to another company if this increase is not rolled back within three days as I am getting several better deals.

 

Hoping for a favourable reply as soon as possible.
