Dear Sir,

I request you to kindly consider building a basketball court in the National Park, Saket. Several residents, including me, believe a new court would greatly enhance the recreational offerings of the public park. In an age where sedentary lifestyles are a concern, the availability of good sports facilities is quite crucial; a basketball ground would be a perfect venue for cardio exercises for the residents to stay fit and healthy. 

The court will serve teenagers, adults and young professionals and families, and can also be used by community groups if they desire to conduct local tournaments, or practice for one. The space for this facility can be created in the underutilized area in the eastern corner of this ground, where there is unwanted grass and has a view of apartments. I think the location would be ideal as the residents might also be able to watch games and matches from their homes in the evenings or weekends. 

I hope that this proposal would be considered favourably.

Dear Sir,

I am really facing troubles with my current accommodation. I share my room with two boys who are in a different class, and unfortunately, this arrangement has become quite difficult for me to subsist in. 

My roommates stay up late at night, play loud music, creating a deafening noise and disturbance. The room is also quite small, and with three people sharing it, there is very little personal space. Thus, I find it daunting while concentrating on my studies, and catching up on sleep. I am also unable to complete my assignments on time and it is affecting my academic performance. I would, therefore, request a change in accommodation. Ideally, I would prefer a single room, or a quieter shared space, with someone who has a similar study schedule. This would allow me to focus better and maintain a more balanced routine.

It would be great if you could look into this matter with compassion, and allow me to shift to some other suitable room.

Our neighborhood, Avenue 15, New York, is suffering miserably due to the faulty garbage collecting system in our neighbourhood. The lid of the bin is broken and it is also damaged from the edges, leading all the waste to spread around. Our repeated complaints with local officials have been of little avail, so we  are left with  few options but to seek your intervention in this matter.

Our locality has become a dumping ground and smells terrible: it has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Consequently, many, especially children and elderly people are falling sick. Also, the management arranges the itinerary for you as per availability and engrosses you in one, or the other activities: hiking, jeep safari, and much more.
