Dear Sir,
I thank you for the opportunity you rendered me
to attend the course on IT and the Marketing Practices” that took place
from 15th - 20th March 2020. It really helped me in getting a deeper insight
into the strategy development with the help of IT tools. As you had asked me
about the feedback about this course along with the suggestions about what
could be done to bring about improvements for the future sessions, I am sharing
some details.
Attending this course was a wonderful experience,
as the course material was not only exhaustive, well laid-out but could
be easily comprehended. Besides this, the visiting faculty was competent enough
to impart the content, and address the queries raised by the
participants.
However, most did complain about lunch not being
served on all days, which made us walk at least two kilometers everyday. It was
felt that if lunch could be arranged in the future, it would become more
convenient.
