- say what the participants liked about the hotel

- explain why they were unhappy about the food

- suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

Dear Sir/Madam,

It was a wonderful experience of organising a meeting at your hotel last week. I thank you for hosting us in such a pleasant way. As a part of the company policy, a questionnaire was issued to all the participants for the feedback after the rendezvous. People have given an outstanding rating for the ambience of the place. However, the food failed to appeal to them in the same way.

The individuals were highly disappointed with the appetizers since staff served them cold. The lunch was lacking a balance of spices and was quite spicy despite the strict instruction given against it. Moreover, the salad served in the lunch was not fresh.

I would appreciate it if you could serve freshly prepared and pre-heated food. I would recommend adding more dishes to à la carte to render diversity.  Furthermore, I would suggest preparing food by checking the dietary restrictions of the guests thoroughly/meticulously. 

I believe I deserve to receive a discount to compensate for appalling experience with food.
