You have recently flown to another country on a business trip. You were satisfied with the flight, but didn’t like services at the airport. Write a letter to the airport manager and say:

-   Give your flight details.

-   Why were you disappointed?

-   Suggest some improvements to airport services.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for rendering such a wonderful experience of flying from Paris to New Delhi last weekend on AI163. The flight attendants were extremely conducive, as well as amicable, and the provisions available for premium passengers were quite impressive. However, the services at the airport failed to appeal to me likewise.

Being a business class passenger, I faced numerous difficulties at the airport. The waiting lounge was bereft of any entertainment facilities owing to which I found it taxing to pass my time at the premises. Furthermore, the complimentary lunch lacked a balance of spices; and was quite spicy, by virtue of which I had to take medicine to ease my acidity.

I would suggest installation of smart television in the lounge with internet connectivity and make the availability of the magazines and novels at the passenger’s disposal to help them escape the boredom. Moreover, preparing meals by taking the dietary restrictions of the individuals into consideration will be helpful.

Looking forward to the improvements in the subsequent visits.

Thanking you

Yours Sincerely,

Mark Jacobs
