Dear Sir,
I am writing this to request you to kindly
intervene to help me receive the prize I won in the jumble word competition
hosted by your esteemed publication last month, October 2019. At that time, the
organizers had
promised that they would be
delivering the prize within a fortnight of announcement of the winner. I was
the runner-up and was supposed to receive a package holiday to a surprise
destination for two people. However, I am still to receive the reward.
My consistent follow-ups have been of
little avail, as the organising board always tends to push the delivery date by
another fortnight. I am quite curious to know about what would I need to do on
my own to avail that trip and do I need to also apply for visa on my own. It
would also be convenient if I could know the period within which I can avail
this offer.
I request you to look into this matter with
compassion for an early disposal of my request.
Yours Sincerely
Earl Harding
