Write an email / letter to
the restaurant's manager. Your email should do the
following things:
- State what problems you had with the food
you ordered.
- Complain about the service.
- Describe how you want the restaurant to
resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Dear Mr. Manager,
I am quite upset at the kind
of service rendered by your so-called elite restaurant, to me and my family,
when I visited with my family last Thursday. It could not be more dismaying than
what we had to face.
Despite booking a table for
Thursday evening well in advance for 7 P.M.,
when we arrived, we were nade asked to wait, and it took them 25 minutes
to arrange the table for us. However,
our woes did not end there since the food served to us was absolutely pathetic,
both in quality and taste. And, to make the matters worse, your staff was at
its best rude behavior. They served food, what seemed to be right out of cold
storage, after 35 minutes of being ordered, and they would not also listen to
our complaints.
My family was in a state of
a shock that the place they had revered for so long as being the best in the
town was at its worst best. On the top of that, I was virtually forced to pay a
hefty tip.
I hope you will appreciate
my anguish, and take a stern action, as well as refund my bill.
