I am a graduate in Customer Relation Management, and am currently working at the Newark international airport, New York, in rotational shifts, from Monday to Thursday. This leaves me with a three-day off, of which, I feel, I can make a better use of.

I have been working on this location since last 3 years. I enjoy meeting people and resolving their grievances. In my three year stint with the current organization, I have honed my skills in customer complaint management effectively, for which I have also received appreciations letter from my employer.

I would appreciate it, if you could help me find a job at a restaurant that receives a lot of visitors on the weekends. The restaurant should be preferably located in the Manhattan neighborhood.

I am attaching my resume and contact details with this letter.

I am Herman Zuckumann and I am writing to you in regards to inquire about hiring a VIP suite in your hotel for a small family get together.  

My cousin in leaving for USA to pursue a Phd. course and we all intend to bid him a deserving farewell. To keep the affair manageable, I have invited only 15 guests. The party will take place between 1900 hrs and 2300 hrs as my cousin would leaving for the airport directly from the hotel itself.

Being a small family do, we have decided against serving alcoholic drinks and we would love to ne served Mock-tails and hot beverages. Besides this, as most of the guests to the party are vegetarian, it would be convenient to have a vegetarian buffet dinner for all the guests.

Dear sir,

I am Ravi Kulbhushan Sharma, resident of Bronx Park  and I am writing this letter to bring to your notice some facts about the damaged road in front of my house which is causing extreme inconvenience to me and other residents in this area.

The metalled road connecting our area to the main road was dug by the telephone department two months ago. Although the work was completed within a week of excavation, since then this trench has not been repaired properly. The department contractor just filled the trench with mud and rubble and shifted extra material. Now, the surface near the ditch has caved in due to recent showers. The RWA contacted the requisite authority but the officials told that the repair and maintenance of roads is the responsibility of municipal body of the area.

Hence, I have no other option but to approach you and request you to kindly look into this matter personally and arrange for necessary repairs.

We are waiting for compassionate response from your end.

Your stay in India would be wonderful and I feel that this would surely be the best time for you to experience my country. You can travel to various historical cities like Jaipur and Udaipur and also see the monuments in Delhi. 

You don't need to worry about finding a place to stay here as to make your stay comfortable in Delhi as you'd be staying with us.

I've some important advice to offer to you. As during January Delhi experiences cold weather, it would be quite convenient for you to bring along some warm clothes. Although Hamburg is colder than New Delhi, cold weather is still nasty, so I would suggest that you bring some woolen clothes, a jacket and woolen caps.
